Bigoudis Vintage Store is located in Antelias, Bickfaya Main Road, inside the INGCO shop, first floor. We specialize in one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, carefully curated by a mother-and-daughter duo.

2. Ordering Process

  • Customers can place orders through our website by adding items to their cart and proceeding to checkout.
  • During checkout, you must provide your full name, email, detailed address, and phone number.
  • Orders can be paid via cash on delivery or by picking them up at our shop (card payment coming soon).

3. Shipping Policy

  • We ship anywhere in Lebanon within 2 to 5 working days.
  • Shipping costs are $4 per order, covered by the customer.
  • Bigoudis Vintage Store is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or lost packages.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

As a vintage store, we do not offer returns. Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  1. The sizing provided in the description was incorrect.
  2. A significant defect not documented or photographed was present in the item.
    Customers are responsible for reviewing all item details before purchasing. Smell, condition, or typical vintage characteristics are not valid reasons for exchange. Delivery fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, including size, condition, and visible defects, before placing an order.
  • By purchasing, customers acknowledge and accept the unique nature of vintage pieces.
