• Exchanges:
  We only accept exchanges if:

  1. The sizing provided in the item description was incorrect.
  2. There is a significant defect in the item that was not documented or photographed.

• Important Notes:

  • Each piece is one of a kind, and all sizes and measurements are clearly listed in the product description. Customers are responsible for reviewing this information thoroughly before purchasing.
  • Smells, wear, or other typical vintage characteristics are inherent to secondhand items and are not valid reasons for exchange.
  • We photograph and describe each piece with all its unique details, including any visible defects. These are part of the charm of vintage fashion!

• Delivery Fees:
  For accepted exchanges, the customer is responsible for all delivery fees, including returning the item and shipping the replacement.
